We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fitter to join our team in Bardstown, KY. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about welding and fabrication, and who thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Perform welding and fitting tasks using various techniques, including MIG and stick welding.
• Assemble and fabricate metal components to create structures and equipment.
• Inspect and test welded joints to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in welding and fabrication.
• Experience in Mig, Stick, or Fluxcore welding
