Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Tech to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a Field Service Tech, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and maintenance of machinery, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This position travels 60 days or less throughout the year. The days you are not traveling you will work in a mid-large sizefabrication shop environment. All travel and hotel expenses will be covered, you will recieve a $2 pay increase as soon as you leave the shop for a job, and per diem is involved.

Responsibilities
- Assemble and install machinery and equipment according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hydraulic systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide assembly processes.
- Utilize MIG and flux-cored arc welding techniques to fabricate and repair components.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in all tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Certification or experience in MIG and flux-cored arc welding.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
