🔩 Now Hiring: Welder/Fabricator – Pipe Welding (Federalsburg, MD)

Location: Federalsburg, MD
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 – $30.00/hour (based on welding test)

As a Welder/Fabricator, you’ll work in a climate-controlled facility, welding carbon pressure vessels and refrigeration equipment using stick welding techniques—all while contributing to eco-friendly innovation.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Weld pipe and pressure vessels using stick welding (6010 root / 7018 fill & cap)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Operate Miller and Lincoln scratch start welding machines
• Set up and adjust welding equipment for voltage, current, and gas flow
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance with ASME code
• Collaborate with team leads to meet project deadlines
• Follow all safety and environmental protocols

✅ What You Bring

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• MIG or Stick welding experience
• Ability to pass a 6G Stick Weld Test on 5" schedule 80 pipe
• Strong attendance and work ethic
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs

Preferred:

• Pipe fitting experience
• Sub arc welding experience
