Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks on various metal materials, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine project requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders.
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or fabrication is a plus.
• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in various welding techniques and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a welding environment.
