Hiring experienced Welder/Fabricators for 1st and 2nd shift in Merrill, WI. This full-time position offers a 4-day workweek, strong starting pay, no-deductible health insurance, steady year-round work, and custom fabrication projects with variety.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux-core welding on custom fabrication projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Layout, fit, and assemble fabricated components
• Inspect welds for quality and identify weld defects or discontinuities
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
