Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. In our fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and welding components that meet our high standards of quality and safety.

1st Shift: 6am-2:30 M-F

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior welders and fabricators as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks and lift heavy materials.

• Tape Measure Reading
• Welding Setups for Production
• Blueprint Reading
• Fitting

Machines & technologies you'll use:
