## Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper settings for different materials.
Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve issues.
Assist in the training of junior welders and fabricators as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or fabrication is a plus.
Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in various welding techniques and familiarity with metal fabrication processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Valid welding certification is preferred but not required.

- Quality Control Data Analysis
- Blueprint Reading
