## Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

  • Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper settings for different materials.

  • Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve issues.

  • Assist in the training of junior welders and fabricators as needed.

    Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or fabrication is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

  • Proficiency in various welding techniques and familiarity with metal fabrication processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Valid welding certification is preferred but not required.

You should be proficient in:

  • Quality Control Experience
  • Quality Control Data Analysis
  • Blueprint Reading
