Staffing Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team in Grand Rapids. Responsibilities
· Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials
· Execute fabrication tasks using breakpress (Accupress), CNC horizontal band saw, small roll former, and hydraulic tube bender (training provided)
· Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
· Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
· Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of MIG welding and/or machine fabrication experience
· Experience working with materials ranging from 14 gauge to ¾ inch
· Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
· Commitment to teamwork, punctuality, and professionalism
· Knowledge of safe operation of welding equipment and related tools
· High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand for extended periods
· Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50+ pounds
