## Responsibilities
Set up and operate welding equipment for production tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
Utilize tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate measurements.
Perform MIG and Stick welding to fabricate metal components.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator, with expertise in MIG and Stick welding.
Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient in tape measure reading and other measurement tools.
Knowledge of welding setups for production processes.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
