SUMMARY
Create and repair metal products through the MIG welding process and effective utilization of other fabrication tools. Expected to always operate in a safe manner; that includes operating equipment, operating to avoid material damage, and situational awareness to what is going on around workstation. Responsible for a quality product that is produced expediently. All work will be self-inspected and go through lead inspection as well as QA inspection for compliance.

The production area temperatures can fluctuate significantly based on the time of year. The noise levels can be moderate to high. Must have the ability to work all shift schedules, periodic overtime and be available for periodic weekend work.
