## Responsibilities
Perform welding operations on copper components using various welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
Ensure high-quality welds by conducting inspections and testing welds for strength and integrity.
Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain production schedules.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Keep work area clean and organized, reporting any maintenance needs to supervisors.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a welder, specifically with copper materials.
Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is preferred.
Strong understanding of welding techniques and processes, including MIG and TIG welding.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
