**2nd 4:45 pm - 2:45 am M-Th **
**Structural Steel or Flux Core Welders Needed **
Pay to Start: $28-32/hr
**Position overview: **
This role focuses on welding and assembling metal components according to plans, drawings, and production requirements. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment producing high‑quality welds for structural and custom‑fabricated products.
This position is ideal for welders who take pride in precision, enjoy hands‑on fabrication work, and want to grow within a well‑established company.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
**flux core (FCAW)
** welding on structural and fabricated steel components
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Fit, position, and tack components prior to final weld
Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, torches, clamps, and measuring equipment
Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
Assist with material handling, staging, and shop organization
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shop standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
Flux Core (FCAW) welding experience preferred + MIG Welding
Ability to pass a weld test (FCAW)
Strong understanding of welding safety and shop practices
Ability to read blueprints and follow written specifications
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Additional welding processes (MIG, Stick, etc.) are a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
