Pro-Tools Department
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Welder/Painter to join our Pro-Tools Department. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with metal, takes pride in craftsmanship, and values producing high-quality finished products from start to finish. You will enjoy a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, 6am-4pm. Overtime available.
Weld, assemble, and paint rakes and related pro-tool products
Perform MIG and TIG welding on product components for customer orders and in-stock inventory
Assemble finished products for shipping, including packing, labeling, and shipping preparation
Cut parts to length using saws or shears
Set up and operate milling machines for bull floats
Operate drill press equipment, including changing bits/heads and setting up jigs
Set up and operate press and bender machines
Paint finished products and perform routine paint maintenance
Drill, label, and install T-nuts for all brushes
Fabricate splash guards and relabel boxes as needed
Welding experience required (MIG and TIG)
Experience with metal fabrication, assembly, and finishing preferred
Ability to safely operate shop equipment (saws, presses, drill presses, milling machines)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read basic instructions, measurements, and production requirements
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Work in a hands-on, skill-based role where your craftsmanship matters
