Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new welders as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG and TIG welder.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Welding certification preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
