CHOOSE THE SHIFT THAT WORKS FOR YOU!

• 1st Shift – Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM start | 5 days per week

• 2nd Shift – Swing Shift: Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM–1:10 AM | 4/10 Schedule

• 3rd Shift – Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | 3-Day Workweek

Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Full-Time / Evaluation Hire with the opportunity for permanent placement

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components and fabricated products.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts to meet production requirements.

• Perform fillet, butt, groove, lap, and multi-pass welds.

• Use plasma cutters, torches, and other fabrication equipment.

• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Work with a production team to meet manufacturing deadlines.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of welding, sheet metal, or metal fabrication experience.

• Hands-on experience with MIG and/or TIG welding.

• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.

• Familiarity with welding equipment, fabrication tools, and shop safety.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

• Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to obtain required welding certifications.

• Forklift experience is a plus!
