Welder/Fabricator

** Location:

**Blaine, MN

** Shift:

**1st (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday)

** Wage:

**$25-$30 an hour

**About the Role:

**

 We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator. This role involves working with aluminum and steel components, primarily in finishing, grinding, and fabrication of molds and frames. While welding is part of the job, the majority of the work focuses on sandblasting, grinding, polishing, and general metal finishing.

**Key Responsibilities:

**

• Sandblasting, shot blasting, grinding, polishing, and deburring of metal components

• Fabrication of steel frames and aluminum molds

• MIG welding steel and TIG welding aluminum

• Operation of drill press, band saws, plasma torches, oxy-acetylene torches, hoist/bridge cranes, and pneumatic hand tools

**Qualifications:

**

• 5+ years of aluminum welding experience preferred

• Experience in grinding, polishing, and sandblasting

• Previous experience in a lead role or high-performing position

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Strong attention to detail and precision in all aspects of work
