**Experienced aluminum welders may be eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus! A weld test is required for qualification.**

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up welding equipment and tools (MIG and TIG).
  • Review prints, and drawings, and provide parts for specification and accuracy for the job at hand.
  • Weld, cut, and grind aluminum of different widths.
  • Inspect products after completion to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain safe, organized, and clean welding booth and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding, especially aluminum, preferred.
  • Have an understanding of machines and tools used in the welding process including designs, uses, maintenance, and repair.
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Welding certification is not required but is a plus.
