Description

• Reads blueprints/ drawings
• Takes/ reads measurements
• Operates machinery such as grinders, band saws, etc.
• Loads metals parts/ tubing into fixtures
• Aligns parts using calipers, rulers, clamps, etc.
• Ensures proper fitment of parts
• Tack welds parts together
• MIG & TIG welds parts – seeks assistance from expert level welders when needed
• Assembles most shape ports
• Assembles more complicated parts such as stepped headers/ tube forming
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years or more consistent on the job (MIG & TIG) welding experience Required
• Must have excellent math skills
• Experience using saws, welder machines, tools, etc.
• Knowledge of PPE (face shields, welder helmets, gloves, steel toes, curtains, etc)
• Must have a commitment to excellent quality standards.
• Must have a commitment to Safety.
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
• Must possess a helpful, friendly & positive attitude.
• High School diploma/ GED required
• Experience welding stainless steel 
• Welding Certification Program (AWS) a plus
• Periodic lifting (up to 50lbs.)
• Sustained periods of standing
• Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm (Overtime may be required on Fridays)
