Overview

We seek a welder/fabricator, ideally with experience, also open to hiring recent Trade School Grads. CCM is a custom metal fabrication shop, in this role, you will work on various projects to create high-quality products; MIG, TIG, Forming, Bending, etc.. We want to hear from you if you're passionate about your craft and enjoy working in a collaborative environment!

Responsibilities

• Welder with track record of success and/or recent Trade School Graduate
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and coachable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

You should be proficient in:

• Welding Setups for Production
• Blueprint Reading

• MIG Welder
• TIG Welder
