Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Welder Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components according to blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. The ideal candidate has expertise in various welding techniques, cutting tools, and fabrication processes, along with a commitment to producing high-quality, precise work.

As a Welder Fabricator, you will work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This position requires strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques, including Flux Core, MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a welder or fabricator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
