Welder/Fabricator

Location: Durham, NC

Pay: $25–$28/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a 1st shift position in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG and TIG welding, particularly stainless steel, along with general fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding.
• Weld and fabricate stainless steel components.
• Perform general metal fabrication and assembly.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and related hand/power tools.
• Perform fitting, layout, grinding, and finishing as needed.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on welding experience.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Stainless steel welding experience preferred/required based on client needs.
• Ability to perform general fabrication work.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work 1st shift in Durham, NC.
• Must be willing to complete a weld test in Raleigh.

Compensation & Schedule

• $25–$28/hour, depending on experience.
• 1st shift.
• Full-time position.
• Work location: Durham, NC.
• Weld testing will be conducted in Raleigh, NC.
