Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator – 1st Shift to join a growing team in the Perrysburg, Ohio area.

Position Overview
The Fabricator II is responsible for performing a variety of fabrication and assembly tasks supporting the full build process from design through final production. This role involves working with fabrication equipment, reading technical drawings, and producing high-quality metal components and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble components according to production specifications and guidelines
- Read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings
- Operate fabrication equipment including CNC plasma cutters, grinders, band saws, and MIG/TIG welding equipment
- Operate forklifts and other standard shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Identify process improvements and collaborate with team members to implement solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with fabrication, welding, or field installation of equipment
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Experience operating forklifts and standard fabrication shop tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work full-time with occasional weekend overtime as needed
