Welder (MIG/TIG/Fabrication)

Location: Bardstown, KY

Pay: $28.00–$38.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

Our client is a well-established manufacturer that designs and builds custom-engineered steel structures for government, commercial, and industrial applications. Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on structural steel and fabricated assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols.
• Assemble and fabricate components according to engineering specifications.
• Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment safely.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Work closely with production and fabrication teams to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MIG or TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience working with structural steel and fabricated components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and calipers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• AWS certification is a plus but not required.
