TOPS Staffing is hiring a TIG Welder for a well-established manufacturing company in the Glenshaw area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming out of a technical school welding program who wants to gain real-world experience and develop their TIG welding skills in a professional shop environment.

**Position Overview:

**As a TIG Welder, you will work as part of a production team fabricating metal components using TIG welding techniques. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed welding training and are looking to build experience while working alongside experienced welders in a structured manufacturing environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing:

**• Perform TIG welding on aluminum and steel components• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and job instructions• Prepare materials for welding including grinding, fitting, and cleaning parts• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy• Use basic measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers• Maintain a safe and organized work area• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

**Qualifications:

**• Recent graduate of a welding program or technical school preferred• Basic TIG welding training or classroom experience required• Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings is a plus• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn• Good work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
