Hours & Pay
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday–Thursday, 2:00pm–12:00am)
Pay Range: $24.00-28.00 per hour plus $2.00 2nd shift premium

Position Summary:
If you take pride in strong, clean welds and enjoy working in a fast-paced fabrication environment, this role is for you. As a Welder, you’ll be hands-on in producing high-quality metal components that meet customer and quality standards. You’ll work with a variety of materials and thicknesses, move between welding areas as needed, and play an important role in building products you can stand behind.
We’re looking for someone who values craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork—and who enjoys solving problems and continuously improving their skills.
Responsibilities:
Team & Communication
· Be an active, reliable teammate who supports production goals.
· Communicate clearly with your Team Leader and provide updates on progress or issues.
· Follow company policies and standard procedures to keep operations running smoothly.
Technical & Welding
· Perform welding and fabrication work across multiple materials and thicknesses.
· Troubleshoot welding inconsistencies and correct equipment or setup issues.
· Follow welding procedures, blueprints, and technical standards to ensure consistency and quality.
· Adjust welding equipment to match job specifications.
Safety
· Maintain a safe, organized work area at all times.
· Participate in safety initiatives and improvement projects when needed.
· Reduce hazardous waste and look for safer, more efficient ways to complete work.
Quality
· Follow all product verification and inspection steps throughout the build process.
· Understand and apply preventative and corrective actions to ensure high-quality results.
· Take ownership of your work and ensure it meets expectations the first time.
Requirements
Education & Experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
· Technical degree preferred with 3+ years of welding experience.
Skills & Abilities
· Moderate to advanced welding skills.
· Ability to weld in flat and vertical positions.
· Strong understanding of welding procedures and specifications.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
· Proficient with measuring devices and welding equipment adjustments.
· Basic computer skills.
· Solid understanding of manufacturing fundamentals.
· Ability to follow direction, adapt quickly, and stay flexible in a changing environment.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs for short periods.
· Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the workday.
Materials & Equipment Used
· Hand and power tools (pliers, screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, etc.)
· Welding equipment and PPE (helmet, gloves, safety glasses, ear protection)
· Forklift
· Computers and printers
Work Environment
· 100% manufacturing environment.
· Low to moderate noise levels.
· Safety glasses required; additional PPE as needed.
