Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Welder for an onsite opportunity in Woburn, MA. This role involves performing welding tasks in a steel or industrial shop environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on MIG welding experience, be able to read blueprints, and work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel and other materials as required

• Read and interpret simple blueprints and weld symbols

• Weld in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions

• Use measuring tools to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times

• Inspect completed welds for quality and consistency

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• Basic welding experience in a steel or industrial shop environment

• Ability to read simple blueprints and weld symbols

• Experience welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions

• Ability to pass the company welding test

• Comfortable using measuring tools accurately

• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in standard shop conditions
