Schedule:

1st and 2nd shift available

What You Will Do:

• Fabricate and assemble metal components using MIG welding
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production paperwork
• Set up welding equipment and determine the appropriate welding process, including pulse spray and MIG
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and specifications
• Follow safety standards and work collaboratively with a team
• Contribute to continuous improvement and skill development

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of production welding experience preferred
• Ability to produce high-quality welds with strong attention to detail
• Experience welding stainless steel or aluminum is a plus
• Dependable, safety-minded, and motivated to grow
• Candidates with solid shop or fabrication experience are encouraged to apply and complete a weld test
