Job Description

Ozaukee, Washington, and northern Milwaukee county manufacturing companies looking for Welder/Fabricators!

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools
• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored processes as required
• Measure, cut, and fit metal parts to specifications
• Inspect welded joints for quality, strength, and accuracy
• Repair or rework welds as needed to meet quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
• Work with various materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years+ proven experience in welding and/or fabrication.
• Must be able to pass weld test and math test.
• Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints/schematics, and understand welding symbols.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $23-26+/hour
• Shift(s): Multiple Shifts
