We're partnering with an outstanding manufacturing company in Catoosa, Oklahoma that is looking for skilled welders to join a growing team. Whether your background is primarily Flux Core, MIG, or TIG welding, we'd love to talk with you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• 🔥 Perform Flux Core (FCAW), MIG (GMAW), and/or TIG (GTAW) welding on a variety of fabricated components.
• 📐 Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• 🛠️ Fit, align, and weld structural steel, pipe, or custom metal assemblies.
• 📏 Measure and inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• ⚙️ Operate welding equipment, grinders, torches, and fabrication tools safely.
• 🏗️ Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals depending on project needs.
• 🤝 Collaborate with fabricators and production teams to meet deadlines.
• ✅ Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

What We're Looking For:

• ✔️ Experience with Flux Core and/or MIG welding required.
• ✔️ TIG welding experience is a huge plus!
• ✔️ Ability to pass a weld test.
• ✔️ Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• ✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• ✔️ Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
