**Flux core Welder - 2nd Shift 

Location:

 Texarkana, AR

Shift Hours:

 3:30pm - Midnight Monday - Friday 

Compensation:

 $24.00 per hour + Full Benefits Package

Primary Responsibilities:

**MIG Welding: Utilize MIG welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.Equipment Operation: Safely operate tools and equipment such as grinders and torches to cut or trim metal components as required.Quality Control: Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure welds are defect-free and meet company standards.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete assignments efficiently and accurately.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.Requirements:Previous experience in MIG welding.Proficient in operating tools such as torches and grinders.Strong understanding of welding safety precautions.Able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or welding process specifications.Ability to work independently and in team settings.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Benefits:Competitive pay structure.Comprehensive health benefits.401(k) retirement plan.Candidates with a passion for their craft, who are looking for a stable position with room for growth, are encouraged to apply.
