Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Welder for a full-time role with one of our valued manufacturing clients. In this position, you will lay out, fit, and weld fabricated stainless-steel and aluminum fixtures with precision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in high-quality welding and metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux-Cored welding based on detailed shop drawings and blueprints

  • Lay out, measure, and mark metal components accurately

  • Weld in vertical, flat, horizontal, and overhead positions

  • Inspect completed welds for defects and ensure all work meets specifications

  • Prep and finish components using grinders and sanders

  • Operate cranes/hoists and other material-handling equipment

  • Move and properly store materials and finished products

  • Maintain a safe and orderly work area

Working Conditions:

  • Non–climate-controlled metal fabrication environment

  • Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and handling of fabricated parts

  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

  • Requires good manual dexterity and visual acuity

  • Ability to work overtime or occasional weekends when required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Minimum 1 year experience in metal fabrication or welding

  • Able to read and interpret shop drawings and sketches

  • Experience with stainless steel and aluminum fabrication strongly preferred

  • Skilled in using basic hand tools (tape measure, square, clamps, etc.)

  • Strong measurement and shop math skills

  • Knowledge of proper voltage and amp settings for various weld types

  • Must be able to wear all required PPE (helmet, gloves, welding leathers, steel toes, etc.)
