POSITION SUMMARY: This position will perform manufacturing duties with a particular expertise in welding operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform Welding Operations:
Manufacture product that meets quality requirements. Inspect and verify work prior to submitting for inspection.
Meet time and schedule standards for assigned task
Keep equipment clean and maintain proper fluid levels
- Use Tig welder to assemble fabricated metal products in and efficient manner to maximize production
Advise supervision of issues that arise
Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance
Communicate effectively with other workers to direct personal workflow
Identify set-up reduction opportunities and Lean process opportunities and communicate to proper 6s team lead
Properly use the E2 management system to meet all company standards
