Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble trailer components in accordance with production guidelines and blueprint specifications.

  • Operate traditional welding equipment.

  • Perform routine spot checks to ensure all finished products meet high quality standards.

  • Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools throughout the assembly process.

  • Identify and report product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to your supervisor.

  • Adhere strictly to company safety regulations and operational procedures.

  • Maintain flexibility to learn and assist in various areas along the production line.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Motivated Mindset: Driven, dependable, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Skills: Strong physical dexterity, time management, and solid oral/written communication skills.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to cross-train and adapt to operational needs across the facility.

  • Experience: Welding, trailer, or hand tool experience is a major plus, but we will train the right candidate!
