**What You'll Do

Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, or other welding processes depending on the role
Read blueprints and work orders (or be willing to learn)
Fabricate, repair, or assemble metal components
Inspect your work to ensure quality and precision
Work safely while contributing to a team that values craftsmanship
