Founded in 1996, Innovative Machine Specialists Inc. operates two facilities in Marshfield: our main office/machine shop and a dedicated welding and fabrication shop.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of TIG Stainless Steel welding experience
Must pass a drug test
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weld various types of materials
Fabricate and assemble components (steel, stainless, aluminum, etc.)
Use and interpret measuring equipment accurately
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Verify specifications and modify dimensions as needed
Assemble components and ensure consistent, high-quality output
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform on-site installation work as needed
Attend required meetings
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
Strong communication and active listening skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects
