We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. If you have a passion for welding and possess the necessary skills to excel in a production environment, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations. This position is a heavy structural welding opportunity.
Fitting and fabrication responsibilities are also required for this position. If you have the flux core welding capability but no fitting experience you are still encouraged to apply! Pay will be based off of experience and quality of a welding and blueprint reading test.

1st shift: 5am-1:30pm (Monday-Friday) 5 8's
2nd shift: 1:30pm-12am (Monday-Thursday) 4 10's
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and Flux-Cored Arc welding on various materials to meet production specifications.
- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper welding setups for production runs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welding tasks.
- Troubleshoot welding issues and implement effective solutions to maintain production flow.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA 10 standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Welder, with expertise in MIG and Flux-Cored Arc welding.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve welding-related issues.
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) is required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with welding setups for production environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environmen
