Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY, 40223. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process by performing high-quality welding setups and ensuring that all projects meet our rigorous standards. 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm M-F

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Perform MIG and Flux-Cored Arc welding on various materials.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in welding setups for production.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MIG welding and Flux-Cored Arc welding techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Tape Measure Reading
• Welding Setups for Production
• Blueprint Reading
