**Welder **
Are you looking to kickstart your welding career? Malone Solutions is hiring a Welder for a great opportunity in New Albany, IN. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has intermediate experience in welding.
Pay: Starting at **$20-25/hr. (Based on Experience) **Weekly Pay!
Schedule: 1st shift- 7:00am- 5:30 PM Monday thru Thursday with some Fridays required for overtime
What You’ll Do:
Perform welding duties as assigned by the company
Ensure quality welds meet company standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow safety guidelines and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in plasma cutting, mig welding, arc gouging, and fitting
Welding Certificate Preferred but not Required
Motivated, reliable, and someone mild-mannered for this position
