Are you a skilled welder looking to join a company that’s rapidly growing and shaping the future of industrial and data center technology? This is your chance to become a vital part of a thriving manufacturing team that builds large, high-quality, custom industrial machines and assemblies—used in everything from data centers to large-scale production environments.
As a Welder, you’ll work with a close-knit, high-performing team to fabricate machines, assemblies, and sub-assemblies from engineering drawings and production schedules. This role is hands-on and essential—you'll bring blueprints to life with precision, pride, and craftsmanship.
Interpret and weld from mechanical blueprints (you’ll be the first to spot if something’s off).
Perform primarily MIG welding, but also use TIG, Stick, and Gas when needed.
Work with thicker-gauge metals—this isn’t light fabrication.
Prepare, fit, and align metal parts with high accuracy using calipers, squares, and other precision tools.
Use grinders, buffers, and hand tools to prep and finish parts.
Complete weld assemblies with minimal distortion and maximum strength.
Inspect work to ensure it meets drawing specs and welding standards.
Maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and keep your area clean.
Use cranes and forklifts for safe part handling.
Must-Have Skills:
3–5+ years of industrial welding experience, with strong MIG welding proficiency.
Experience working with heavier/thicker gauge metal.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and welding symbols.
Fitter experience—you know how to lay out, align, and secure components before welding.
Comfortable with various welding techniques: MIG (primary), TIG, ARC/Stick, Gas.
Forklift and crane rigging experience.
Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a strong team communicator.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience at an OEM or custom fabrication shop.
Surface finishing experience using grinders, buffers, and hand tools.
Knowledge of drawing-specific finishing requirements.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Massive growth: The company recently secured major contracts with leading tech giants and is scaling rapidly—tripling revenue and expanding facilities.
Hands-on impact: Be a key part of a team that builds world-class, custom industrial equipment.
