Location: Hamilton, OH | Onsite Manufacturing Facility

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Overtime Available on Fridays)

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/Hour + $3.00/hr shift differential

What You'll Do

As a Welder, you'll play a critical role in ensuring quality, safety, and production excellence by:

• Performing TIG and MIG welding on aluminum components according to engineering drawings and print specifications

• Welding material thicknesses ranging from .063" to 3/8"

• Setting up and adjusting welding fixtures for a variety of product applications

• Inspecting completed work to ensure adherence to quality and dimensional requirements

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation

• Supporting continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing operation

• Collaborating with teammates and assisting in training or mentoring others when needed

• Following all company safety, quality, and production standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience performing aluminum TIG and MIG welding

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications

• Strong understanding of welding techniques, equipment, and quality requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to meet the physical demands of a manufacturing and welding environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with production welding fixtures and tooling

• Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting

• Experience assisting with training or mentoring team members

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
