Welder – Direct Hire

Pay: $23.32/hour starting

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:15 PM

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Welder to join a long-standing manufacturing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a Monday–Friday first-shift schedule and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel
• Read and interpret project plans and drawings
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Perform additional production and support duties as assigned
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Welding certificate or 2+ years of welding experience required
• MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret project plans
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
