Job Description

A reputable manufacturing company is seeking a Welder to join its team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who take pride in precision work, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with welding, machinery, or metal fabrication. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and preparing high-quality building components while meeting strict quality standards.

1st Shift : $28/hr- Must have both MIG and TIG Experience

2nf Shift : Up to $32/hr - Must have TIG Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and machine building components according to specifications.

• Perform welding tasks on 14- and 16-gauge materials.

• Use grinders, air power tools, and other hand tools to prepare and finish materials.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Measure, cut, and fit parts using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Cross-train in multiple production areas, including grinding and setup.

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in welding, operating machinery, or a related field.

• Background in installation, metal fabrication, or commercial construction is a plus.

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.

• Proficient with grinders, welding equipment, and air power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.

• Must be comfortable in a physically demanding environment:

  • Standing for extended periods.

  • Lifting and moving materials regularly.
