Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect welds and metal components to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing metal structures as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Welding certification is preferred but not mandatory.
