**Welder B — First Shift

Pay: Up to $25/hour, based on experience

Shift: First shift

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring an experienced Welder B for a defense manufacturer in Danville. This role involves producing mission-critical components supporting U.S. and allied defense programs in a collaborative environment that values quality, safety, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding to meet military quality standards.
• Adjust gas flow, current, voltage, and electrodes for arc welding.
• Regulate pressure, flow, and torch tips for gas welding.
• Inspect completed welds using measuring equipment and weld gauges.
• Complete production logs and required documentation.
• Assist and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in GTAW/TIG, GMAW/MIG, and FCAW/Flux Core welding.
• Ability to follow work instructions and setup requirements.
• Experience using oxy-fuel torches, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to pass required welding certifications.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a team.
• Must have your own tools.

Preferred Qualification

• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
