Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Welders to join a growing fabrication team in Conroe, TX. This is a full-time opportunity for motivated individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and maintaining a safe work environment.

(Pipe, Structural, Combo position are available)

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding on structural, combo, and pipe projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Identify materials and ensure welds meet quality standards.
• Assist with shop cleanup, organization, and general maintenance.
• Support production and shipping needs, including non-welding tasks when required.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and weld procedures.
• Experience with welding equipment setup and maintenance.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

Pay:

• $18.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)

• Required Welding Experience:

• GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding / MIG Welding)
