## Responsibilities
Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in training new welders and share best practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding.
