Here is how YOU would help benefit the team:

 

I. Station or Machines:

  1. MIG, TIG and spot welders
  2. Shear and Roller
  3. O.D. Grinder

II. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Layout, shear and roll screen material
  2. Spotweld, MIG and TIG welding to approved procedures.
  3. Repair of casting porosity.
  4. O.D. grinding of screens.
  5. Maintain screen inventory and control of filler metals.
  6. Visual inspection of welds and dimensional inspection of screens.
  7. Follow welder workmanship program.
  8. Follow company rules, procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications


III. Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Education or Certification)

  1. Two (2) years experience in fabrication and welding.
  2. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
  3. Should be certified to weld steel, bronze, stainless and aluminum.
  4. Should also have good mechanical skills
  5. High school graduate

IV. Minimum Physical Qualifications

A. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

B. Must be able to operate hoist or crane

V. Minimum Qualifications

  1. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  2. Must be able to bend and kneel or to squat or sit for difficult
  3. Assemblies

VI. On-Going Training Requirements

  1. Health and Safety.
  2. Training as directed by management when necessary to perform job
