Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at our facility located in Chicago, IL, 12345. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing MIG welding and utilizing GD&T techniques to ensure the highest quality of work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail and a passion for precision welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding tasks according to specifications and blueprints
• Utilize GD&T techniques to ensure accurate and precise welding
• Inspect welds for defects and make necessary repairs
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a MIG Welder
• Strong knowledge and understanding of GD&T techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Proficient in operating welding equipment and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid welding certification is a plus
