1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm-1pm

Qualifications (preferred):

  • Associate degree in Welding
  • Manufacturing experience

Qualifications (required):

  • Ability to read detailed instructions and blueprints.
  • Ability to operate machinery and tools.
  • Ability to measure via measuring tape.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High School Degree / GED / Certificate.
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of PPE

Job Responsibilities: Specific job duties will vary based on the position that is best suited with the skills, experience, and interests of qualified applicants. Our production areas include machine operators, assembly, brazing, welding, crating, tube fabrication, material handler.

  • Utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications.
  • Mark weld points and positions of components on workpieces, using rules, squares, templates, or scribes.
  • Select, position, align, and bolt jigs, holding fixtures, guides, or stops onto machines, using measuring instruments and hand tools.
  • Inspect welded joints using visual inspections or non-destructive testing (NDT).
  • Perform necessary repairs/reworks on defective or non-compliant welds.
  • Remove completed workpieces or parts from machinery, using hand tools.
  • Prepare surfaces or workpieces, using hand-operated equipment, such as grinders, cutters, or drills.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
  • TIG weld stainless and carbon steel between 1/16th and 1/2 inch.
