Job Description

Position Overview

You will perform a variety of welding processes including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core to build and repair metal structures and components. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to read blueprints are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core (FCAW) welding
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
• Set up welding machines and select appropriate consumables
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts and structures
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance
• Maintain tools and a clean work environment
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years welding experience (preferred)
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• AWS or similar certifications are a plus
